    In this module, you will:
    Learn practical tools to improve breath control, pacing, and articulation.
    Practise using techniques to handle stressful social and professional situations.
    See improvement in speech clarity during real-world conversations.
  • MODULE 4: Mindset Reshaping – Addressing Negative Self-Talk and Self-Belief

    This module will guide you to:
